MCWA IT SOLUTIONS is a specialised IT consultancy for Microsoft 365 security, focused on confidentiality-bound professions and mid-sized businesses in the German-speaking market. The work follows a documented method that keeps every step traceable.
The person behind it.
Behind MCWA IT SOLUTIONS is Marc Walter. His professional focus is securing Microsoft 365 environments along zero-trust principles, shaped by working for IT service providers in the tax advisory sector, where he saw many of the environments these pages describe. He therefore knows both sides: the technology in detail and the diligence firms expect from a service provider. Assessment, report and implementation come from one person; you talk to the person who actually does the work.
Built to our own standards.
MCWA's own infrastructure follows the same principles recommended to clients. Multi-factor authentication applies without exception, including administrative accounts. Access to client environments happens exclusively through secured cloud workstations; client data never resides on local devices. The devices themselves are centrally managed and fully encrypted.
Confidentiality as a working principle.
Working with holders of professional secrets takes more than technology. The formal commitment to confidentiality under Section 203 (4) of the German Criminal Code (StGB) is a fixed part of onboarding, not something delivered on request. Only the configuration of your environment is reviewed; client and company data stays with you.
Working together without on-site visits.
MCWA IT SOLUTIONS works fully remote: assessments and implementation are not tied to on-site appointments. Coordination happens through whichever channel suits you; results are always handed over in writing. Every decision and every change remains traceable afterwards.
