1. Target

It starts with the benchmark: what your environment should deliver, measured against your work, your obligations and the state of the art. This benchmark is a documented audit catalogue, built on Microsoft's security baselines and the CIS benchmark for Microsoft 365. For confidentiality-bound professions, the applicable professional rules are added on top.

2. Current

The review works read-only on your configuration; content is neither read nor copied nor stored centrally. Every item in the audit catalogue is assessed and recorded individually, including the unremarkable ones. It captures, for example, which accounts hold privileged roles, which conditional access policies actually apply, and which rules forward mail to external addresses.

3. Path

Target and current state produce a prioritised path: what comes first, what can wait, and which measures are not worth it for your environment. Every recommendation is justified and written in plain language. The order follows risk: a standing Global Admin right gets fixed first, fine-tuning of sharing settings comes later. On request, MCWA IT SOLUTIONS implements the recommendations in defined packages; the assessment fee is then fully credited.

Every step is documented. You receive materials any third party could work with. There are no locked-in clients here, only convinced ones.
