Principle

This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal. No cookies are set, no tracking takes place, no analytics or advertising services are embedded, and no content is loaded from third-party servers. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server.

Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, IONOS processes server log files, including the page accessed, the time of access, the volume of data transferred and the user agent. IP addresses are anonymized at the time of collection; the log files are deleted after eight weeks. This processing serves to ensure the security and stability of the website and is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the website). It takes place in data centres within the European Union or the European Economic Area. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 (3) GDPR is in place with IONOS; the document is available in German at ionos.de/terms-gtc/avv.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, the information you provide is processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
